Payments terms

A 30% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival at Villa Oasi (att.ne cambiare nome) the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 1000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee over the total amount will be applied: 

• 30 % : from reservation to 61 days before to arrival;
• 50 % : from 60 to 30 days before to arrival;
• 100 %: from 29 days to 0 hours to arrival.

City Tax

From the 1st of April to the 31st of October all the tourists must pay the Tourist tax. The rate is Euros 1.50 per person (adult from 18 to 65 years old) per day (maximum 5 days).
